This week I got the chance to meet Helen Lee. She has only a few months left until she gets to graduate CSULB as an English education major. English has always been the subject she was excel in compared to the rest and she believes it’s a great way to express yourself through language and understanding humanity. That is why Helen dreams of becoming an English teacher for middle or high school kids, so she can teach them concepts they can apply to their own life. She moved from LA to South Pasadena, where she grew up there. Helen is very close to her friends and family, she enjoys spending quality time with them. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether its hiking or biking, she loves nature. If she isn’t outside, Helen is either drawing and sketching, cooking some good foods, or doing yoga in her free time. She loves the challenge and the fact you get to rest and have fun at the same time. Originally wanting to take ceramics, her second choice was Art 110 because she liked the idea of the hands on projects.
